ASSIST Bangladesh has a 21 member General Body who decides the overall programmatic directions and Annual Operation Plan. ASSIST Bangladesh also has a 7 member Executive Committee who ensures the proper implementation of Annual Operation Plan and report back to the General Body. Executive Director with the staffs implements the programs and report back to the Executive Committee in each three months.
